Pranav Constructions IPO GMP Today: Grey Market Premium Rises Ahead of September 7 Opening

IPO GMP: Real estate firm Pranav Constructions Ltd from Mumbai is all set to make its IPO debut on September 7, 2026, and is being closely watched by investors in terms of the company’s GMP. The IPO will continue till September 9, and the stock listing on the BSE and NSE is expected to be done on September 15.

Pranav Constructions IPO GMP

Recent grey market trends regarding Pranav Constructions’ stock suggest a good performance in its shares, despite differences in grey market premium values that may be found in market tracking systems, since the grey market is an unofficial one, having no centralized system of exchanges.

On September 4, values of GMP, according to several tracking systems, ranged from ₹26 to ₹31 per share. In addition, one of the tracking systems showed ₹37 per share as of September 5. With respect to the highest IPO price, which equals ₹124 per share, a GMP of ₹31 would indicate a listing price of ₹155, which is equal to about a 25% premium.
Nevertheless, one cannot take GMP as a guarantee of the listing profit.

IPO Price Band and Issue Size

Pranav Constructions has set the price band for its IPO at ₹118–₹124 per equity share. The IPO consists of a new issue of about ₹315.6 crore and an offer for sale of up to 28,56,869 shares from an existing shareholder, BioUrja India Infra Pvt Ltd. The total size of the IPO is estimated at ₹351 crore.
The minimum bid size is 120 shares, which means retail bidders bidding for shares at the upper price band have to invest ₹14,880 in one lot. The face value of the shares will be ₹10.

What Does Pranav Constructions Do?

Pranav Constructions is primarily focused on redevelopment projects in Mumbai, particularly the redevelopment of ageing residential societies. Its business involves obtaining approvals, arranging additional development rights and floor-space index, relocating residents during redevelopment, and constructing new residential towers.

The company plans to use proceeds from the fresh issue for purposes including redevelopment-related expenditure, approvals, acquisition of additional development rights and reduction of borrowings.

Financial Performance

The company’s financial performance has shown considerable growth in recent years. According to restated figures reported by IPO trackers, revenue increased from ₹449.75 crore in FY2024 to ₹638.24 crore in FY2025 and ₹763.93 crore in FY2026. Profit after tax rose from ₹39.62 crore to ₹62.25 crore and then to ₹71.32 crore over the same period.

At the same time, borrowings have also increased, reaching approximately ₹258.44 crore in FY2026. This makes debt levels an important factor for investors to consider alongside the company’s growth prospects.

Investor Focus Ahead of IPO

The rising GMP suggests that unofficial market sentiment toward the issue is currently positive. If the GMP remains elevated until the listing, investors may expect Pranav Constructions to debut above its IPO price. Nevertheless, GMP is not an official SEBI or stock-exchange indicator and should not be used as the sole basis for an investment decision.

With the IPO opening on September 7, investors will also watch subscription numbers, institutional participation and the company’s valuation. The combination of Mumbai’s redevelopment opportunity, improving financial performance and positive grey-market sentiment could keep the issue in focus during the subscription period.

In short, Pranav Constructions IPO GMP is currently indicating a potential premium over the ₹124 upper price band, but the exact listing price will depend on actual market demand and conditions. Investors should consider the company’s financials, valuation, debt, and business risks rather than relying solely on GMP.
